With some tweaks to their espresso machine & new staff, Harlem’s Lenox Coffee has become the best place to enjoy Vancouver’s 49th Parallel coffee in NYC. It’s also evolved into a comfortable, old-timey feeling neighborhood hangout, replete with a cozy living room corner, lots of tables for working and hanging out, plus wifi and plugs. They’ve added salads and sandwiches to their menu and rounded out their sweets line-up with a wide range of bean to bar chocolate bars from local chocolatiers Rakka and Mast Brothers.

Lenox Coffee is a little coffee house that sprung up late last year. The cappuccinos are great and it’s quickly becoming a hangout spot for the neighborhood. I love getting my caffeine fix there.

As one coffee shop closes in Harlem, another opens. It’s called Lenox Coffee, a specialty coffee-house located in Central Harlem at 60 West 129th Street between 5th Avenue and Lenox Avenue. At the moment, Lenox Coffee serves breakfast items i.e., pastries, baked goods, and bagels. They soon hope to be adding lunch items, such as sandwiches and various other sundries.
